Let me break this down. The main reason Floyd doesn't want to fight pacquiao is because he knows he CAN'T hurt pacquiao. Pacquiao will just walk through his punches. Floyd does not have power to hurt Pacquiao, nor does he have the punchout to keep Pacquiao off of him.

This is a case of Pray vs, Predator. Pac will hunt down his Pray

Several of Floyd's well-placed, crisp counter shots could definitely hurt Pac. I hope they actually get in the ring instead of fighting in court.
