Seems like the only people overrating him is because he's fighting Pac.
He never was overrated and just because he's getting exposure doesn't mean he is.
boy i hate these threads.
Floyd boasts about his win over the great Genaro hernandez cos even though he was DLHs leftovers Genaro was unbeaten for the amazingly length of time of 4 years or so? Guess what, Joe calzaghe was unbeaten for 18 years and retired unbeaten. Baldomir had 10 losses before Floyd fought him, it dont matter, Baldomir had something Floyd wanted.
If FLoyd had of fought Brad on the other hand, people would be going on about how brave Floyd was, and he dont fight people coming off of losses.
I think Floyd is just a charity case, people beg borrow and steal credit for him as he aint that great if you want to criticise peoples unbeaten records.
saw the holt fight where he barely won, saw him look average vs old man casamayor but i admit he was dominate vs peterson but peterson isn't really all that good
How about you watch his fights?
That's a good way to form your own opinion.
Boxrec really isn't a good source of learning about fighters other than records
Boxingrec actually makes him look better than his fights do.
lol I like the guy personally, I'd be really happy if he won, but I just don't see it.
he's hands down the best 140 pounder but i don't think he has the tools to beat manny or even hang with the 147 lb's like ortiz
I agree Ortiz murders him. He's to physically strong and has tremendous power. He would not be able to keep Ortiz off him. Berto couldn't and Berto is stronger at 147 than Bradley and has good power, to go along with speed.

I don't have any bank, I honestly don't even know how I works I just come here for he debate and discussion but if I had it I would bet you, because I think if Bradley loses tonight that could be a real possibility!
I just don't see Bradley being able to handle his strength. He would get worn down and possibly knocked out! Bradley wants to stand in the pocket a lot and Ortiz would catch him if he did. He comes in head first with wide looping shots, and Ortiz would be able to capitalize on that. In my opinion Bradley could not keep him off him. Ortiz was killin himself to make 140, now that he's at 147 he is extremely strong with devastating power and Bradley has a suspect chin. I just don't see Bradleys style matches up well with Victor.
You can't sit here and say that the size and power difference doesn't make things extremely difficult for Bradley and judging this forum there are quite a few other people here that agree with me. Victor has been able to put down almost everyone he has fought outside Floyd, you really don't think he could put Bradley down?
Don't let being a fan get in the way of your objectivity.
