Instead he made himself and the Daily News look foolish.

Also, that's just a b*tch move on Floyd and his camp. Those clowns need to pay what they owe.
He stakes his reputation on a highly questionable (biased) source? He shouldn't get a pass and he probably didn't even see the email since it doesn't exist or else it would have 'leaked' by now.

Yeah am sure the court would ask them for their evidence and how they knew who pass the information on to the journalist.

Fair enough. But I originally thought he just fabricated the story 'Shattered Glass' style, but if someone was feeding him false info.... yes, he should've done his homework, but at least he has a somewhat believable reason for printing bull****.

And the emails won't be leaked because they don't exist. Anyone with half a brain knew this from the jump.

We still need evidence that Manny needs to take extra tests that aren't required by the commission.

As it stands, the only reason this whole testing thing is an issue,

                  is because of an allegation.

                  Funny how that works eh?

Wrong, the philosophy is more like throw shit at a wall and hope something sticks because the defenses job is to poke holes in their case the more you throw at them the more likely you are to get something through.

I know plenty about the law~
