LOL. I love how people like to overlook this.

I would bump your old thread with the history of the events, but I don't want to get banned.

Not AFTER he refused to do the testing.
For the record.. I have said Pacquiao should take the test just to get the fight done. Which he has... he has compromised but the other side isn't willing right now. But you cannot deny how this all started and why there is no love loss. If Team May would've tried to go through the proper channels instead spewing false accusations and hate through the media.. it may have not gotten to this point.

Lol, Good luck with that.."lets do olympic style testing" "Yes i agree" " Oh i hate needle" "oh i need 30 days" "Oh my back hurt" "Oh i dont have blood in my body" ........... More damage was done from his own team.

The only way they win this case is if Roger Mayweather is the lawyer representing GBP and co, Or if the judge happens to be in the Arum circle which is very plausible.

Boxingscene was mentioned in the official document

          45. In Rick Reeno’s December 28, 2009 krikya360.com column, he discussed the direct and permanent effect these defamatory statements of fact have already had on Pacquiao:

The entire situation has created a cloud of doubt that floats above
the head of Pacquiao and his career. Even if both sides agree to
abandon the tests, Pacquiao’s career has suffered a crack. The
severity of the crack is unknown but the crack is there and very
real. … In the last week, I’ve received a lot of calls from people
within the boxing industry, and casual fans of the sport, and one of
the first questions to roll out of their mouths - ‘do you think Manny
          Pacquiao is taking steroids?’

          Rick Reeno is a *******

Its sad how Mayweather calls him self the best but is afraid to fight Pacquiao and goes ahead and talks crap without any proof what so ever. You can tell Mayweather is just a sore looser yet to come lol.

When it was time to compromise he didn't want to. He only wants to "compromise" when he knows that its 0 days or no fight.

No he hasnt, All he does is lie whenever he has a fight lined up but in secret he doesnt want to do schedule testing, Fine by me but stop lying about it.

Mayweather went through the right channel and that channel was Team Pacquiao themselves, fighters do not negotiate through commission, Pac didnt ask the commissions about how he requires catchweights, He went through his opponents and ask them.

I doubt the Pacteam started the steroid rumors. First time I heard it was from Senior.
