I think it's an SD fight that could go either way. I'm leaning on Whitaker, though.

Whitaker's output is so much higher than Floyd's. That could work both ways though.

You know how when you have an annoying person who just doesn't shut up you just tell them to shut up before they can even talk? I think it looks like that whenever Floyd opens up to throw.

He probably won't be the most accurate but definitely will out work him with the jab and when Floyd opens up thinking to try and land that straight right I think he eats that jab. I see all night Pernell jabbing in combo's switching from body to head and I can see Floyd still trying to catch him while Pernell goes to the body but still eating a jab for even thinking about it!

I don't think anybody's ever owned anybody with just strictly the jab as bad as Pernell's done to cats. Not to mention he was literally untouchable in his prime. He EMBARASSED Chavez. He Chavez hardcore fans were booing that decision.
