The bottom line is Team Pacquiao wants to dictate(they want to know/ be guaranteed) when testing must stop. That is not what random testing is about.

No boxer should be dictating to any testing agency when random testing should start and stop. It defeats the whole purpose of the test.

if you've read the article, the SAFE TIMEFRAME FOR TESTING IS AT LEAST THEE WEEKS OR 21 DAYS.

if you've read the article, another issue there was that the boxers were informed at least 24 hours beforehand that they'd be tested.

Pac already agreed to unannounced testing.

He's just asking for a grace period of seven (7) days to recover from the procedure and from any possible problems that might occur during testing.

The problem here is that people automatically assume that Pac would use that 7 days to juice up.

What people fail to realize is that Mosley took those roids FOR TWO MONTHS STRAIGHT, and even stopped taking them two or three weeks before his fight with dela hoya.

the logic there was he used those roids to help him train harder and longer so that at fight night, he'd be more prepared.

the ONLY time Pac would have a chance of taking those same PEDs mosley took would then be the seven days right before the fight that he's asking for.

but those seven days are the cooling down period and Pac would no longer be training at that point.
