First of all Manny said anytime even between rounds just to prove that he doesn't want testing to be an issue. Manny even said that was the point for saying what he said. Pac already agreed to the 14 days cut off Floyd offered but Floyd took it back and replaced it with O days. Pac countered offered with 7 days through Ross Greenburg but denied the negotiation. But according to Floyd and his minions, those negotiations were all a figment of our collective imaginations, they never happened... but we only found out AFTER the countdown had expired, not before or even during. And Greenburg pulling Floyd's hoe card doesn't change the facts that negotiations never happened, right?

Had nothing to do with testing. If I was the head of a McDonald's rival, like say Wendy's, and I along with my associates made claims in the media that Mickey D's was serving rat meat instead of beef and their drinks were laced with PCP, I'd better have some pretty ****ing solid evidence otherwise I'd expect to be millions of dollars lighter after the trial. No different in this situation.

As for what Manny 'agreed' to...
