Remember when Michael Koncz (aka Manny's representation) said on 24/7 Pacquiao/Margarito, "We agreed to the tests up to 7 days before the fight." So who's actually right? Manny? Or Michael Koncz?

Let me be devil's advocate, has Manny ever said this straight on video that he'll take the tests all the way up to the fight? If so, please provide evidence.

i say again that pac's biggest mistake was not calling floyd's bluffs early on. floyd would still have found a way to weasel out of the fight as seen with his latest $100 million excuse. it would not have made the fight happen, but at least those who supports him would not have to defend his position.

i do hope that the pac camp would settle this issue once and for all by calling a press conference televised around the world stating pac's position clearly and unequivocally. pac's post fight with mosley might be a better time for that.

that's the problem. people for some reason don't want to believe it even if it comes straight from the horse's mouth. a press conference may not even be the solution. i guess they're probably hoping that pac would stay unwilling to take the test. what a way to win a fight.

in reality, floyd could easily find out if it's true or not by simply talking to the people involved in the negotiations if he's really interested. yes, it's that simple.
