I would like to start by saying that I have never seen so much bull**** over a one round fight in my life. As far as all this BS about Solis winning the fight, hello it lasted one round and he only hit Vitali with two or three punches at the most. He did not hurt Vitali he did not even back him up. Now if it went say four or five or six rounds and Solis was dominating and looking really good then you would have a point. Again the fight lasted one round, that is 180 seconds. Now as compared to anything Solis was doing Sanders was putting a whooping on Vitali in the first round of their fight and what happened in that fight?

And as far as it be a grazing punch well there is no doubt that it was. However, there have been other occasions when grazing punches have put fighters in la la land and Berbick-Tyson and Wlad-Chambers are two that come to mind. And when Vitali hit him it reminded me a little of Berbick and he was wobbled and there is no reason what so ever that the damage to Solis's leg could not have happened when his fat ass fell on it.

And what else I don't understand is how many fans are claiming Solis would have won because he hit Vitali a few times in the only round. And yet these are the same folks that state that there was no way Vitali would have beat Lewis even if there fight was not stopped on cuts. A fight that he was actually winning that makes no sense what so ever.

And as far as Solis and Vitali ever fighting again I don't see it happening, and this is way. Apparently, or I should say obviously, Solis is not a gym rat and seems to not take training or his career seriously. And that was when he was actually fighting. With that said how much weight do you all believe Solis will gain while he sits around with a bum knee? I see no reason why he won't see 300 pounds somewhere in his future. So I see a longer then normal recovery period for him. Then he will still be a fight or two away form a rematch and as so many other have already stated Vitali will be long retired by then.

It just goes to show how desperate the haters are that because SpongeBob landed a couple of nothing punches while Vitali was measuring him for a big shot, they think he was winning the fight.

They can cry all they want for SpongeBob, he is history and deserves to be.

Years of abusing his body finally caught up to him. He lost the fight long before he stepped into the ring.

Solis is having one big laugh, he was stopped as a result of a concussive punch that led to his knee going. KO1. If the WBC still have him as #1 contender it is a joke.

It will take him a while to recover from the injury, then he will need one or two tune ups. Vitali will probably be retired before he's ready for a rematch.

So let me get this straight? He rolled his left ankle as a result of the knee injury and not that he was disoriented from the punch that landed to the top of the head? I call BS.

It was clear that he lost his legs and rolled his left ankle and possibly hurt his right knee severely.

The punch caused him to lose his balance from trauma = KO/TKO.

End of story.

No rematch, no reason to.

Vitali was losing the first round to a guy with a pre-existing knee injury. I'd like to see a rematch with a healthy Solis.

First off, nobody said it was pre-existing moron, he was jumping in his corner before the fight.
