Margarito rematching cotto wont go past 8 rounds

I disagree. While Margarito is not a good match up for Cotto, I believe that he has taken more punishment than Cotto has, and with Steward and the right game plan, Cotto can win this one. It will be very difficult though.

2 problems, Cotto doesn't know how to clinch, and doesn't know how to fight moving backwards. He's a come forward fighter, and Margarito isn't gonna be moving back. Margarito is gonna keep coming forward. As we've seen in several of Cotto's fights, is Cotto doesn't like pressure, once he gets pressured he panics.

This will be an easy win for Margarito however it'll go to decision or it'll end up in a TKO where the ref stops the fight because Cotto will be taking too much punishment.

That was part of the problem with Cotto in the first fight is that he ran too much. Margarito has taken vicious beating in his last few and you dont take that kinda punishment without lasting effects. As many times as he hit Margs if he had onlly sat down on half those he can knock himout. Nobody beats Margs fighting backwards. I believe Cotto is one of the top three physically strong WW's and he should take a page out of Andre Wards book and and simply use a lot of shoulder pushin because he does have problems clinching. If he makes it ugly first and puts his body behind his punches he should win. Cotto has to stop being so predictable and Steward can help with that.

tony will eventually catch-up to cotto in the rematch and all that cotto has learned will slowly go out the window... the rematch should of happened already... the only way cotto wins this fight is he drastically improves his stamina and i don,t know how u can do that when your whole career, u had stamina issues... tony wins hands down...
