Do they have to have won all their fights? If not cotto's resume isn't bad at all.

My picks are (in no particular order)

              CARL FROCH
              - Jermain Taylor - (W KO12)
              - Andre Dirrell - (W SD12)
              - Mikkel Kessler - (L UD12)
              - Arthur Abraham - (W UD12)

              Sergio Martinez
              - Kermit Cintron - (D 12)
              - Paul Williams - (L MD12)
              - Kelly Pavlik - (W UD12)
              - Paul Williams - (W KO2)

              MANNY PACQUAIO
              - Ricky Hatton - (W KO2)
              - Miguel Cotto - (W KO12)
              - Joshua Clottey - (W UD12)
              - Antonio Margarito - (W UD12)

              Honourable mentions to
              Juan Manuel Marquez
              Fernando Montiel
              Amir Khan

There are probably plenty I have overlooked, any thoughts?
I'll surprise everyone with this. The "best level of fighters" is only the BEST AVAILABLE regardless of their actual expertise.

Therefore I say....the Klitschkos, who have consistently gone after the best available opponents on the contenders lists and wiped out the whole division. Now lately they have even had to reach far down to the European Champion level, like Sosnowski and British Champions like Chisora. What else can they do. They are fighters, they beed to fight or retire, and they are dodged and avoided like the plague by the 2-3 guys on the contenders list like Povetkin and of course not forgetting the chief and most disgusting dodger David Haye who seems to have made it his goal in life to prevent the Klitschkos from holding ALL the heavyweight titles which is their stated ambition.

Mind you, I don't blame a guy for NOT wanting to have his head taken off by getting into a ring with the Klitschkos, but he has shamefully made his complete reputation out of challenging them, signing to fight them, and then running like a wing three-quarter, all the time mouthing threats as to what he'll do TP THEM when they pluck up the courage to face him in the ring........

I mean to say, obnoxious and obscene are words which do not sufficiently describe his atrocious behaviour, and the fact that there are still a few (although very few) dummies who still believ him and support him show us how true that old saying is.......

"IGNORANCE CAN BE TREATED, BUT ******ITY IS INCURABLE................

              How very TRUE!

Carl Froch and Sergio Martinez, yes

But how could you not add Timothy Bradley

                TIMOTHY BRADLEY

                Devon Alexander
Luis Abregu (because he moved up in weight to fight an undefeated boxer)
                Lamont Peterson
                Nate Campbell
                Kendall Holt

                and possibly even,

                ANDRE WARD

                Sakio Bika
                Allan Green
                Mikkel Kessler
                Edison Miranda

Martinez and Froch were 18 lbs. smaller than two of their opponents. And were 4-0 against all of them in dominating fashion that was also historic.
