        In his columns (in tagalog) Pacquiao himself wrote that he doesn't even like the title of mexecutioner or any title that gives him a bad impression to the mexicans.

            Barrera officially moved up to #1 with the Filipinos. 1. Barrera 2. Morales......distant 3. Marquez. If Pac fights Marquez in the fall and knocks him out then it will be 1. Marquez 2. Barrera and 3. Morales
