                    Is? As in present tense? You do know the last cut off Mayweather asked for was in the beginning of 2010 and it was a 14 day cut off, right?

                      exactly... that tells you two things... the cut off date is an arbitrary number and the OST issue is just a smokescreen for getting out of the fight.
