And he probably never will. Can't believe some people are ignorant enough to blame this on Floyd. He signed his end of the bargain a long time ago. Only reason it didn't happen is because Pacquiao didn't want to take the test. Why doesn't he just say "I'll take whatever he wants, let's just make the fight happen"?

It's because he still wants a cut-off point.

Where he could get an unfair advantage.

What will be funny is that IF this fight happens and Floyd happens to beat Pac. Am sure his fans will happen to come up with an excuse as to why Manny lost. I was also wondering why no reporters bothered to ask Manny will he accept Floyd demands concerning the tests? Ask Manny that question and then you will get a whole other answer from Pac. Another funny thing is that, Pac says "The fans really want it" not himself? Topped off by "I don't pick my fights" ? Sounds like Pac is doing the Staying Alive Travolta around the topic.
