The 2 front runners for that fight could be Cintron and Mike Jones. Cintron has said it himself that he can still make 147 and he said it again in his Berta rant.

Williams will do very good at 154 and under, all they have to do is keep him away from Sergio, Kirkland, and possibly Angulo.

Anyone else would get it, including Dzinzurik after Sergio gets through with him.
