I don't believe Floyd is scared of Pacquiao because Pacquiao walked away from the first negotiations and in my very honest opinion, I just don't see Manny beating Floyd. Arum is very good at using big name fighters to promote his fights cause Martinez/Cotto would be a massacre. I don't see it happening. If they won't let Cotto fight Berto I don't see them putting Cotto anywhere near Martinez besides, what kinda condition is Cotto gonna be in after another Margarito fight. Unless it ends in a quick brutal KO both fighters will surely be done when its over.
