He's right: if Mike Tyson had been from England or Muhammad Ali from Germany they still would have lit the boxing world on fire.

It's not so much what country you are from but what you DO in the ring that matters.

Pacquiao isn't American but everyone in America likes to watch him because he is a phenomenon.

That's what the heavyweight division could use these days, someone special and exciting.

Great read. Todays boxing fans dont know boxing. If they did they would appreciate both Klitchkos as the ATG they truly are. They are huge over there but aren't big here oh well its our loss.

There is only one George Foreman. A tremendous individual in and out of the ring. Listening to him talk as compared to some of the other older guys in the sport, such as Roger Mayweather, is like night and day. Still positive and enthusiastic about boxing. Still hopefule towards the future and not the least bit cynical.

I can't say enough good things about the guy. Respect.

Well there you have it Klitschko hating biatches.... George Foreman, without a doubt the top 10 ATG ever, has said it himself: The boxers today are as good as they always were and that Wladimir Klitschko would have been great in any era. How about that hating biatches?

They would be borderline top 10 in each era.

I love Ross the Boss's idea that Americans can't tell the Klitschko brothers apart.

Is that another version of "they all look alike to me?"

                  ****ing pitiful.

Boxing has never been bigger in continental Europe, thanks to the K-Bros in large part. So the sport may not be thriving in the US, but it is alive and well in other heavily populated parts of the world.

Would the K-Bros be bigger in the US if they had some dumb schtick to amuse the cowboys with?

Maybe, but that's not who they are.

I do notice that more Americans are aware of and admire Wlad now that he has a Hollywood girlfriend, though.

                    That about says it all.
