while the guy is a businessman, he only wants to make the fight happen so he could cash in. that would not happen if he will lie just to appease one side. he has to maintain a nuetral stance so as not to jeopardize everything. when he said there was a 2nd negotiation that's what really happened. he wasn't lying...it's floyd who is lying in that interview.
Why people dog Greenburg all the time and ***** about him playing dirty pool and not being fair~

Also he hasn't done a good job of running HBO so how exactly do you call him a good businessman? because he managed to stick around and glad hand his way to the top?

Just because Greenburg says the sides talked, doesn't mean they ever really got as far as negotiating. It is a matter of interpretation at that point they talked but if they never got down to brass tacks can it really be called negotiations (it can go both ways).

Also keep in mind Greenburg has been made to look very bad, so it is in his interests to make himself look good by trying to be the white knight that tried his best to make it come off.

Just because some numbers were thrown around or some indirect talks happened doesn't really mean they ever got down to business~

Do you see where this is going.

I think a big part of Pac's success comes from his physical abilities unlike Floyd's which mostly comes from his skills. Skills will always outlast physical ability.

ahh you are right i see your point. my fault. however it still is very possible that mayweather merely heard through the media pac would agree to 14 day testing the second go round. but it was definitely wrong of mayweather to offer it originally and then not offer it again. in my opinion both fighters are undoubtedly to blame. anyone who says it is purely one fighters fault is a biased idiot.

That is true, but Floyd relies a lot on physical abilities as well.

Another good answer is that Floyd fight s in a style that suits longevity, while Manny fights in a more contact oriented style.

Also Floyd tends to take really good care of himself outside the ring and really doesn't seem to burn the candle at both ends, while Manny has a lot of other interests and in between fights his fitness level seems to drift more than Floyd's.

Still though both men will feel the effects of age, especially if the fight is several years down the road.

He said Al Haymon never heard anything from Pacquiao's side. Greenburg already proved there were negotiations.

Second he said the reason they didn't fight was because Pac wanted the 2 week cut off date. Well how the fuck would you know that if al haymon supposedly never talked to anyone from pac's side in the first place?! lmao! anyways, 2 week cutoff was good enough the first negotiations, not the second? Really that's the reason? I thought it was because floyd was on vacation and wasn't even thinking about boxing? It's funny to me he has all these excuses NOW but months ago wouldn't even speak on pacquiao. Once pac is signed to fight he can talk for days.
I believe Mayweather. Bob is a liar and so is Greenburg.
Bob may have talked to HBO but never Al haymon

Good point. I think the longer the wait, the bigger the advantage for Floyd.

Not to mention he "retired" twice so he didn't have to fight prime versions of Cotto and Margarito.

                    floyd is a pu$$y
Wow when did you start watching boxing? Must be a newbie to boxing because you don't know what the **** your talking about.
