It's hard to see the first one very well but Lewis does seem to be on the retreat and is off balance as 2ndround as noted.
The Holyfield one you've posted is a clearer image of the punch, but if you look carefully, the blow is more "wound up" and Holyfield appears to turn his head at the least quarter-second, as if anticipating it.
Vitali seems to just get smashed out of nowhere with a short, beautiful uppercut.
Overall I have to go for the Vitali one, but that's only because the punch doesn't appear to be quite as telegraphed.
