I think Maidana deserves a rematch. Prescott as well for that matter. Kahn beat Maidana, but God it was close. I've re-watched that match twice recently, and it was REALLY close. As long as he fights either of them, I'll be happy.

you guys act like maidana was getting dominated. khan may have been winning rounds w/ his hit and run gameplan but maidana was fighting effectively from the middle rounds on. he may not have been winning all the rounds, but he recovered from the bodyshot and was getting his punches in, especially the uppercuts. aside from the first round bodyshot maidana was never in trouble. khan was lucky cortez was reffing. khan won the fight no doubt, but to say a rematch isn't warranted or is unnecessary just makes you khan nuthugger. a rematch would be a great fight.

Yup. Khan fan here and very much like a rematch. But only after Khan vs Alex/Bradley. Nothing beats a sense of clarity of who is the man at 140.
It was a FOTY. Enough said for those who do not want a rematch. And for those still pulling for Prescott, imo, it's time to move on. If you were not satisfied by round10 khan-madiana, you would never be satisfied until someone KO'd Khan again.
As for the money angle, don't care at all. I just want good fights.

Khan would Annihilate maidana in a rematch. The reason is simple. He now knows he can take his BEST punches. He doesn't need to prove anything anymore. People wondered why he stood their and decided to trade with Maidana on occasions. Their will be a game plan to stick to, and he will NOT falter away from it. I do say this though, the fight will not happen at 140.
