When will you fanboys (ON BOTH SIDES) understand that Mayweather Vs Pacquiao will not happen because:

1 - There has been NO agreement on RANDOM BLOOD TESTS on the pacquiao camp

2 - Pacquiao camp hates Mayweather camp for asking rules that are not required by the commission.

When random OST (NO CUT OFF DATE) is agreed upon, Mayweather will sign. Guaranteed.

When Pacquiao can have A CUT OFF DATE that is agreed upon, Pacquiao will sign. Guaranteed.

Instead of turning this into a 20 page thread, go and search the other threads where this issue has been revisited VARIOUS TIMES, and you can reply to those and make those bigger.

Pacquaio had no problem with the testing. The testing that is in the rules, not Commissioner Floyd's private rules.

Pac had no problem submitting to a regimen that he knows doesn't work.

But that other regimen, the WADA style tests.....

HBO is an entertainment network first. They couldn't care less about boxing. There were reports last year they were cutting back 20% on their boxing budget. They will not waste a cent striking back. They'll just keep pushing their hype jobs like Berto and let Golden Boy run whatever minimum cost-max profit shows they feel like putting together, and be happy with any big name PPVs they get.

I don't even have to read the posts in this thread to know that this is the most logical and rational one in it.

The fight is NOT going to happen and Pacquiao to Showtime may have just sealed it.

all roads lead to floyd mayweather jr. look at all the accomplishments manny has done and all you here about is that it don't mean **** because he needs to fight floyd mayweather. moneys name come up everywhere pac goes.

I agree with you 100%. But I think Manny needs Floyd just as much as Floyd needs Manny. The bottom line is these two guys names will always be linked to each other until they fight. I can sit here and tell you how I think it's Manny's fault all day long but the whole situation is a little out of my league.

There are a lot of behind the scene issues that we just don't know about.
