Considered #1 by whom? The Ring ****zine? All of those in IHatePacquaioville? Am I supposed to forget that Cotto beat Mosley just to further my arguement that Pac ducked the "better fighter?" I know, just like every non-biased boxing fan out there that Pac avoided Mosley. But, he fought Cotto, who was at least Mosley's equal. And further more, after finding out that Cotto had been battered by concrete against Margarito, I personally gave him, along with Cintron, Maravilla, and everyone else who's only loses came to Plasterman a pass because the Tijuana Mullet was probably cheating.

My stance on the issue is that Mayweather said after the first negotiations fell apart, he would no longer accept any cutoffs. So Pac agreeing to 14 days, 7 days, 1 day, or on minute doesn't mean anything to me because Money already said it was accpetable. Didn't you notice my "devil's advocate" reference? I juts put that out there because for someone on the other side of the debate, its a logical question to ask. If 14 days was once cool, what changed?
You would have to ask Floyd but if I had to guess, it would be because
after Floyd dominated Mosley the playing field changed. Koncz saying
it was 7 days and then for Kahn to say Manny said himself that he is
not mentally ready. I would believe that accepting the terms were
      bogus.

You never replied to my post about Kontz and his breakdown of the Clottey negotiations.

And what the hell do you mean no one came out and denied it? Pacquiao and Roach (and Richard Schaefer) have said they agreed to everything in tons of interviews. What actually hasn't been denied by Golden Boy, Mayweather, Haymon,HBO is what Manny has been saying lately about agreeing to every and all Mayweather demand.

So you tell me what the deal is.

My problem with Floyd is, he doesn't put himself "in the mix" with the available WW's, or JMW's. Pac just beat the **** out of a guy 25 pounds heavier than he was. Yeah Margs was a walking punching bag, but it was still a risk and Pac did get a bit hurt in that fight. Point is, he took a risk because he loves to fight.

Mayweather could easily come back and say 'I'll fight Paul Williams", "I'll fight Sergio", etc.. or any other fighter who would be a risk, and would make the public sort of forget about him not fighting Pac. But he probably won't. And yeah you say he's the number 1 in the world, so who will he fight next? Another small guy moving up? (Bradley, Alexander, ) Please.
The novalty of Pac, "fighting bigger guys" has worn thin on me. He fights bigger guys. But, he doesn't fight good fighters that are bigger. He didn't want to fight Yuri Foreman because according to Roach, he was too tall. But, he turns around and fights Margarito, who's the same height as Foreman. He fights Maragrito for a 154 belt. But when Martinez wants to fight him for that belt, he's too little. Also, when the talks came of Pac moving down to fight JMM at a catchweight below 147, his team said they wouldn't allow him to cut weight and drain himself. So if you have to drain yourself to make anything lower than 147, you're a welterweight.

Secondly, I think I've made it clear that Mayweather's inactivity annoys me. That said, when he's fought, I think he's done a good job of making superfights happen. Mosley when he was the consensus P4P #3. JMM when he was the consensus P4P #2. Hatton when he was in everyone's P4P top 5. He's fighting the best when he fights.

As for him only fighting little guys. Mosley was a welterweight. You can find the great lightweight fighting the great welterweight in every era in boxing history. And in a lot of cases, the great lightweight won. As for Hatton, he and Mayweather started fighting at roughly the same time and they're roughly the same age. Hatton is a career 140 while Mayweather started at 130. So unless Mayweather hit puberty when he was 30, he isn't that much bigger than Hatton, if at all.

Where has Pac, or anyone in his camp, directly denied the 7 day revalation by Kontz?

No, no. My point was not that Mayweather "only" fights little guys. My point was, who is his next option at Welter or Junior Middle? Through all of this, you still have not answered that question. I know it's not up to you, lol, but who do you think he will fight next?

The question is difficult isn't it? It's difficult because you know the only legitimate people for him to fight at this point, would probably give him all sorts of huge problems. Anyway you admit that his not fighting annoys you, so I can see you are an objective fan. cool.

And yes, Manny not defending his 154 belt against Martinez is bull****.

My bad, I kinda missed your question bro. If not Pac, my next logical opponent for Mayweather is obviously Martinez, who is the only fighter on the planet south of the super middleweight division that I would pick to beat Money. Actually, the fight fan in me wants to see Mayweather-Martinez a helluva lot more than I want to see Mayweather-Pacquaio because I think its a more competitive fight. Funny thing is, I'd pick Pac to beat Martinez. Boxing is a crazy ass sport.

See all they're (Floyd fans) interested in is blaming Pac. They just
pick and choose whatever suits their arguments. They completely
deny what came out straight from the horse's mouth. They'd rather
                    believe Konzc than Pac himself.

The clear difference between Team Pac and Team Floyd is Team Pac
always have a ready alternative, a plan B. Team Floyd has none. Pac
is getting ****ted on for fighting, Floyd gets a pass for inactivity.

In other words, if you keep on reiterating Pac's fault, you gotta present
alternatives for Floyd. You have none. That clearly says you can't move
on past this Pac thing, yet you defend roadblocks which clearly says
you're not really interested in the fight. Which is which?

Come on the criticism of Pac for actually fighting, regardless of how you rate his opponents is bordering on the ridiculous. At least he fights and goes throough the pain barrier. When he says Margarito was his toughest fight does anyone seriously doubt him?

He gets criticised for fighting Margarito? Margarito has had a lot of fights and as far as i know no one has ever been criticised for fighting Margarito. Commened yes, criticized....categorically no!!!!! Cotto never got criticized for fighting Margarito at 147, yet Pac does for 150?

Pac is setting precedents left right and centre. Criticized for fighting!
