LOL, why are black people make up for like 6% of all world champs? haha AND WHO IS THE NEXT GREAT BLACK HOPE AT HEAVYWEIGHT? lol

currently there aren't nearly as many african american's in boxing but look at the history of boxing as a whole it has been dominated by african american's. This is undeniable. Most african american athletes these days have better alternatives like football, basketball, etc.

why go into boxing when you could get a scholarship and play ball? it's a no brainer.

look this is ******. hopkins just says this **** cause something is either wrong with him in the head, or he is just making noise. or maybe he is just proud of his heritage. i don't think he realizes how offensive and racist it really sounds. i mean, if we are to believe what he says based on his reasoning, asian people and white people are naturally more intelligent. IT IS ALL BASED ON COMPLEX SOCIO-ECO **** that accounts for percentages of different races in athletics and academia achievements

Second, if you can't answer the question, just say so. For starters, you'd need to quantify what "Asians" are since there are quite a few countries in Asia.

Third, African-Americans match up quite favorably. Given that they were only given equal rights in 1964, that's where you begin measurement. But of course you can't be bothered to do that. And you're calling someone else lazy?

You never asked what kind of Asians.....that wasn't a specific on your question above.

So the wealthy black people from before 1964 shouldn't get any recognition? They worked hard even when everything and everyone was against them and they became wealthy. Those hard workers I admire, not the chumps you see now always crying about the man out to get them.

i draw my conclusions by large samples of statistics and not single case scenerios. i am not biased i'm just being real.


blacks in general are better athletes.

but blacks do in fact dominate crimes and are the poorest in every society they reside in. it has nothing to do with oppression. it has to do with intellligence and adaptibility.

asians and ***s were just as discriminated and they persevered.

It is not an excuse.


at the end of the day, we look at results.


just like we can't excuse the asian's lack of athleticism to their massive amount of soy consumption. the fact is blacks are more athletic right?

ok but i will argue that 500 years of slavery is oppression and has plenty to do with being a poor people...don't get me wrong, african americans (which i am and very proud to be) have some responsibility to overcome these obstacles; but dont sit here and act like it's a level playing field. it is not! I wonder, if you grew up in the rough projects of gary, indiana; or any other poor urban area; "if you would be able to overcome those obstacles and be interested or able to debate the validity of socio-economics"?

Point is, B-Hop told some truths....and yes, the general agreement is that African Americans tend to score lower on standardized test. but do not be fooled by the numbers...our intelligence can't be measured by these biased and bs test.
