Former three division champion Erik Morales is "expecting a war" when he steps in the ring with WBA/WBO lightweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez on April 16 in Las Vgeas. It has yet to be established if Morales will challenge Marquez for his titles, or Marquez is planning to go up to the junior welterweight division to face Morales for his WBC silver title.

i wonder if its at 140 a sanctioning body will put on a belt so one of them could make history sort of like they did with pac and margarito and become the first mexican to be a 4 division champ. Especially if bradley beats alexander the wbc i believe stated that their belt will become vacant if he wins.

i also expect it to be a war and maybe just maybe erik will put up a tough fight but all signs point to juan giving erik a good old fashion trashing. we will have to wait until fight night to see what the outcome will be and best of luck to both men

haha, i cant believe this fight is actually happening. morales is 34 and marquez is 37, yet morales looks 40ish. no need saying who ill be going for, hopefully its good fight though. two legends going at it, i just hope it aint like hopkins/jones 2.
hopefully barrera doesnt try to make a comeback too,haha.
