Manny is a very accurate with his punches no where to run in the ring, and you guys know that,he did this to every fight he had......theres no way to block 10 combination in different angles with super speed and power like bruce lee,and floyd knows that..... I wouldnt be surprise iif manny and bruce lee are related...

he would only get hit with about 2-3 hundred of those punches and even less if Manny threw less than that. all you see in your head when you talk about Manny Pacquiao is a visual of him bulldozing forth throwing punch after punch after punch and the opponent just taking his ass whipping, that is the wrong visual to have in mind when you thinking about Manny VS Floyd

unlike Cotto, Margarito, Clottey, De La Hoya, Hatton and Diaz all of those guys either aren't good counter punchers or were at a time and were no longer that when Manny fought them, my point is that against Floyd he is facing literally the best counter puncher of our generation and only maybe 2nd to Bernard Hopkins, everytime Manny leaps in the way you think he will he's going to get his whole melon rocked and while still reacting to that counter punch there would be another and then another

you're problem is that you're a fan of Manny and not of Boxing, if you were a fan of Boxing you could separate the 2 men from their styles and just evaluate what they both bring to the table and base it off of that, if you were doing that then there would be no way you'd have come up with that assessment because if you have even a slight clue on who Floyd Mayweather is you'd know he isn't the type to sit there and let himself get hit repeatedly and just shell up, you'd know that if there was only 1 guy with the tools to beat Manny it would be Floyd but you obviously don't know that

Williams is a Middleweight, he is no Welterweight and I don't care if he got knocked out 10 more times that doesn't change that fact, he has the body of a Middleweight and it almost looks like a freak show to see him against guys 5'7 and below, add that to the fact that Al Haymon wont let two of his best fighters square off just like that, add that to the fact that they were both on their own individual war paths and it's easy to see why he couldn't face Paul Williams

Cotto and Margarito? well it's very simple this is all because of Top Rank promotions, simple as that, end of story. if you don't know that by now then you need to either dedicate yourself on doing more extensive research or just watch a different sport

When Manny was able to throw 1400 punches,it was against CLOTTEY-a man who stood in the middle of the ring doing his impression of a frozen turtle.To make matters worst,he was actually highly inaccurate with his landed punches,perhaps the worst he has done to date...

Mayweather not only lowers your workrate,but he keeps the fight at his pace and picks you apart.You need to quit the hype.

Mayweather has 3 options to deal with the 1400 punches scenario:

1)Counter him in the middle of his combination to make him hesitant and end up throwing less punches like JMM did in two fights.

2)Move around like Cotto did in the second half of the fight where Manny was getting fustrated because of his inability to cut off the ring. Only difference will be Floyds ability to fight of the back foot.

3)Use the High Guard defense like Clottey did and throw in some head movement. Please Don't tell me Manny will Kill floyd if he uses it because he could not kill Clottey when he used and and don't forget that his connect percentage was shyt in that fight. All of a sudden he has the ability to do to Floyd what he could not do to Clottey.

BTW, I am not stating that Floyd could win or lose or be effective, I am just showing that Floyd can easily limit damage using examples from 3 of Mannys fights where the opponent was able to limit his connect rate:

JMM in two fights!!
Cotto in the second half of the fight(Manny getting fustrated wanted Cotto to stand and trade)!!
Clottey for twelve rounds!!

If you throw 60 punches and connect with 5 and get countered with 20 shots, the out put numbers will drop significantly.

Mayweather will make Pacquiao think too much
