Mosley was on juice when he fought Manny and still got destroyed because Manny didn't impose strict "weakening" procedures on him like Floyd did to win against Mosley. Manny let Mosely come into the fight "100%" no ridiculous, unprecedented OST voodoo tactics.

Mosely got destroyed quicker on juice vs Manny than no juice vs Floyd.

Mosely was better than he was against Floyd.
