2015 - CANADA WINTER GAMES
A recent news report published in Prince George titled
"One Sport Put On The Canvas..." relates to Amateur Boxing being dropped
for the 2015 Canada Winter Games.
The next winter games will be in Halifax, Nova Scotia in February and will include
Amateur Boxing, but early reports indicates that when the registration numbers were sent
in they did not include Quebec thus Canada Boxing fell below the threshold. If the Quebec numbers were included then it would be a done deal.
The unlucky city that will be hosting the sports activity will be Prince George, BC
which has always been a top rated city for boxing.
