It wasn't a robbery, however, this fight could have only been scored in B-Hop favour to win as they're is no arguement for Pascal to have got the nod. In fairness, the result was better than I thought B-Hop would get considering he was fighting the champion on home soil. I must admit, I feel a little bad for B-Hop, he completely dominated from round 4 on, it was a boxing clinic for someone his age, he deserved to win the fight (every true non-bias boxing fan would agree).
B-Hop is a clear ATG, he has never been beaten up in his entire career. I applaud him for his accomplishments, another one should have been tonight, but it wasn't to be.
All I can say is B-hop never seems to amaze me even with his old age. What a fighter.

Majority draws are ****** in a boxing match. If 2 judges have it a draw and the third has one fighter winning than that fighter should get the win.

The second half of the fight was a real master-class by Hopkins, but the two knock-downs just gave him too big a mountain to climb. A draw was a fair result. Hopkins won the last seven rounds in my opinion, and lost the first five - but two of the rounds he lost were 10-8 rounds, which means it was a legitimate draw. You could disagree with the scoring - it's rare for everyone to score every round of any fight identically - but to call it a robbery is simply ridiculous. It was a fair result.
As for the knock-down, it was behind the ear, i.e, on the side of the head, not at the back of the head. It was a borderline decision to call it a knock-down, but not a bad decision. Whichever way the ref had called it, plenty of people would have disagreed with him, but he just called it the way he honestly saw it, which is his job, and he did not show any bias.
As I say, it's really sad that Hopkins, and some of his fans, have ruined what should have been a celebration of a truly great performance by a veteran warrior by spewing sour g****s.
