No he didn't. At all. He in no way ducked Shane Mosley. He fought Miguel Cotto, an infinitely easier fight to make because both were Top Rank. All the Mosley "I'll come in at 142" crap was said while Arum was making Pac-Cotto. After Pac-Cotto, Mosley had a fight against Berto. When the fight with Clottey was made, Mosley was scheduled to fight Berto. How was Pac supposed to know that Haiti would get a natural disaster and free up Mosley to fight instead of Clottey? And so, Floyd whooped Mosley and made him irrelevant.

So no, Pac did not duck Mosley at all.

Berto or Cotto had nothing to do with Mosley at the time that MOSLEY begged for a fight that Roach said "NO" to how many times chief????

Pac DID duck Mosley. Do your research. Roach didn't want anything to do with Mosley. Just as Roach said Pac wasn't ready for a fighter like Mayweather in March. They didn't want the fight because Pac wasn't ready for Mayweather and Mosley was "too good".... They gave there excuse. People just like to ignore it or pretend they meant something else...

No, he already ducked Mosley once. Mosley is old, irrelevant, hasn't won a fight in 2 years and last fought at 154. So he should not be in the mix for Pac. There is no justification for it no matter what you or anyone "thinks".
If Pac picks to fight JMM AT 140, nobody would have a problem with it, its the fact that he demands for the fight to be at a contradicting weight of 147.
If he picks BERTO, nobody can say anything because Mosley is old and Pac has (contradicting) already said he wants to fight ONLY at 147 and AT 147, Berto is the BEST as he IS a champion and title holder AT 147. Unlike Mosley OR JMM. The question still remains, what was the MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR problem when Cotto demanded this same weight when fighting Pac? O SHYT, the ***** cat is out of the bag......

I don't think he will stay at 147, he just wanted THIS fight to be AT 147. IMO it was to keep JMM from coming around (at 140) as everyone including Pac (and JMM) knows JMM sucks at 147. Yet JMM called the bluff and agreed to fight AT the demanded weight of 147. Now Team Pac are saying JMM priced himself out of the fight. riiiiiiiiiiiiight.....

Next year, if Arum gets his way he will talk Pac into fighting Cotto again at 154 or a catch at JMW. They will again completely ignore Mayweather and Martinez let alone Berto. It makes Arum the most money. We all know this is what he cares about. Not what the fans think. Not getting the best vs the best. His agenda is make the most money and lie to the public into believing the fights that he makes are the best available and when they clearly are not they make up a story of being scared- Mayweather, Too big - Martinez, wont sell enough - Berto, Bradley and Alexander and "pricing themselves out" - JMM, ... It's nothing but excuses when the best step up.. yet we sure as hell get replays of washed up fighters over and over again as we know Arum doesn't like to deal or share money with other promoters. 1. Mayweather AT 147 for the title of UNDISPUTED #1 P4P
2. Martinez AT 154 for JMW title (time for Pac to earn that title)
3. Berto AT 147 to unfiy WW titles
4. JMM AT 140
5. Bradley/Alexander AT 140 or 147
