I could believe that stuff about Victor being true. He said Garcia would degrade him in sparring and that he hated it and that was the reason why he left Robert. Vic seems a little sensitive and I can imagine him taking it too far in retaliation just because he doesn't know how to handle his emotions.
As for Robert saying that his brother made a mistake and should have told Ortiz to go for the kill when Peterson was hurt, I think Ortiz tried to. It's just Vic really isn't that good in the ring. He tried to go for the kill, failed, and got took to counter punch school lol.
I knew this fight was going to answer a lot of questions about Vic and it did. He's just not that intelligent in the ring. This is his peak and I think its as good as he's going to get because he doesn't seem like a student of the sport.
And that's the difference between him and Amir Khan. Khan is a student, he's passionate about getting better and improving. Vic on the other hand seems like he's just here for the ride.
