Hatton was expected to beat Malignaggi. He was the first person to stop him though, but it's not like Paulie was a top top fighter.

- Hatton was on a decent run of form beating Lazacano and Paulie.

- Cotto beat Clottey but Clottey is crap. Cotto was weight-drained vs. Pacman too.

- Clottey was coming off the back of a loss against Miguel Cotto. Clottey didn't deserve that fight or the payday, especially considering his performance.

- Margarito was coming off the back of a win against an unknown fighter after a year's lay-off for his hand-wraps ban. Prior to that he got destroyed by Shane Mosley. Margarito didn't deserve this fight either.

The last legit fight Manny fought was Hatton. He fought Hatton in Hatton's weight class where he was the lineal champion, and destroyed him.

His last 3 fights have been a joke; a weight-drained Cotto, a punching bag in Clottey who didn't come to fight, and an undeserving Margarito.
