Foreman was a small heavy (220lb) in his first coming and a slow heavy dude in his second coming.
Foreman was not particularly skillfull and not particularly devastating (only 85% or so KO rate in his wins). Vitaliy is very skillful (he did outbox Lennox) and has 97% KO rate.
Vitaliy would have defeated George in both of his comings.
