He's lucky Floyd wasn't on some xylocaine or Floyd finger would have done more damage.

I guess the arrow is to show where Floyd allegedly poked him with 1 of his 5 FINGERS OF DEATH... HE AIN'T GOT S H I T THERE!!!! It's SO OBVIOUS this guy is just trying to DIG FLOYD FOR SOME $$$$$!!! This "WANNA BE COP/SECURITY GAURD" probably provoked the whole incident...

This, is not an issue.
Good one Mayweather, parking warden's are ***wits with a god-complex, use your finger of death to thin them ****ers out.
The smart cvnt should have stayed away from Mayweather's cars. I am sure that he knew exactly what he was doing.

We need witnesses. Not some random pic.
but as the saying goes,
"where theres smoke, theres fire".
Floyd has been a raging fireball this year outside of the ring.
Now, you can say its due to his celebrity,
but, hes not the only big mouthed celebrity in the world and I don't see many other, if any other big mouthed celebrities, who are even bigger than Floyd in that regard,
getting into as much trouble with the law as he has recently.

I'm not sure if you're bright enough to see the difference in you just pressin your own face versus someone whos pissed off poking you in the face. The angry person poking you is obviously going to be poking their finger at you at a higher rate of speed than you just pressing yourself.
