Mayweather is the kinda dude that beats up the mother of his children if front of his kids. He cant even be within a certain distance of his OWN kids. Only roads that involve jail time lead to mayweather.

More like historically they will get more acclaim for beating Pac. It will be better to tell their grandchildren they fought and beat Pac.

Beating Floyd is no big deal. Same thing like people would have prefer to have BH on their resume rather than Sven Ottke.

Historically you would get more acclaim for beating Mayweather than Pacquiao. If someone beat Pacquiao people would start focusing on his flaws again, pointing out the fact that he struggled against Marquez, noting that his opposition declined, then there's the fact that he has lost before and wear and tear.

For the most part Floyd has a flawless career, if someone beat him there isn't much to take away from the victory after the bout.

Anyway if I was a fighter I would rather face Pacquiao first then I would go after Mayweather ( this is assuming I think I have a chance of winning). I would go for the fighter I thought I had a greater chance of beating ( knowing I will get a good pay check) then if I win it puts me in a position to get another big pay check. If I face the guy who I have a smaller chance of beating I have greater chance of missing out on a big future pay check.

Saying that Pacquiao doesn't exactly have a problem fighting Mayweather's opponents.

I think you are thinking too much. People want to beat the Pac who is destroying all the biggest names in boxing, like cotto, hatton, margarito, dlh etc etc.
