    Very true!

For real, what more can he do? And the way he did it, let's not forget. 88% KO ratio.

I also think he has the record for most opponants knocked out of the ring!

Plus the fact that back then the gloves weren't as padded as they are today, which means that homeboy could take a punch.

Just curious i just joined the ******** boxing forum and just about every member thought Marciano was more skilled than the fighters i named and that he could take all of their punches and he could knock them all out in one round.I just want to see what people of color thought about this.
          Thanks .
I believe Marciano was skilled, maybe more than most, but it takes more than skill and heart to knock out the big boys. Marciano is too little for modern day boxers IMO.

But doesnt that make him seem even greater? He was 185 pounds and was knocking out 200 pounders!

Jerry Humphrey Jackson 254 Lbs KO 1
            Bill Hardeman 206½ KO 1
James Patrick Connolly 213 KO 1
            Bill Wilson 229½ TKO 1
            Johnny Shkor 220½ TKO 6
            Eldridge Eatman 206¾ TKO 3
            Joe Louis 213¾ KO 8

Ya, he sure had a lot of trouble with those HEAVYWEIGHTS.
