Manny Pacquiao is his own boss. No one tells him what to do, like he's some sort of slave or puppet. If Manny allows Roach or Arum to make any decisions for him, its because he doesn't disagree with the decisions being made. Manny runs the show because he generates the money.

Arum will tell Pac that Mosley has the highest earning potential and thats what the sponsors want. Hopefully Roach and Pac will realize that the fans wont support a Mosley fight and go against this fight. From what Roach has done in the past i wouldnt count on it.

No doubt it's Pacquiao's decision, but you also have to consider the influence over that decision.
So all of a sudden, this illiterate pinoy suddenly talks about business and promoters losing money. What?
"If it's Juan Manuel Marquez, that would be easy. Even if you wake me up in the middle of the night and asked me to sign a contract, that's easy. But the problem is - you can't just promote a match when the promoter would lose money. Boxing is also a business," said Pacquiao.

"We'll go over everything because each fight has a different set of financial parameters. It's Manny's career, it's his life and he'll decide. Will I make a recommendation? Sure, but all it will be is a recommendation, and Freddie will have some input. I certainly don't act as a dictator."
