While everyone was looking past Jason Litzau, talking about his slurred speech and all this other bull****, I was telling anyone who would listen that 130 was too big a jump for a guy that had made 122 with no problems recently. I understand that everyone was ducking Caballero at 122 and 126, but putting him in with a ****er two weight classes above where he's the champion was a foolish move. Now that Cab took the risk and lost, big money fights with Juanma and Gamboa are gone, and the 34 year old has to rebuild. Thanks alot DiBella.
Now he's whoring out Sergio Martinez's lineal MW title to anyone with a pulse at 155 pounds. Lou's catchphrase is even: "He'll have to kill himself to make that." Why is it that all his fighters have to make concessions? Sergio is P4P #3 and the real MW champion. There is no need to devalue him for Cotto, Chavez, or whoever else they are targeting. And when Sergio loses because he was drained, what will DiBella say? Remember, he was 176 pounds 30 days out from a 157 lb. fight. Lou's a nice dude, maybe too nice, but he can't negotiate for ****. I hope Berto and other fighters in his stable leave.
