there is eddie futch but there's also teddy atlas.

when i think of fire sign dominant personality it's someone that talks over others without consideration of their input/feelings/thoughts. someone who is impatient and quick to insult. not good as a nurturer.

eddie futch is pretty good but not as good as roach nor emmanuel.

I think something similar to that too.

Fire - being so trigger happy makes it hard for them to sit there study and nitpick footage to create strategies. I can see them being passionate to the point where it inspires, motivates, leads, and gives their fighters confidence.

Water - easy for them to build rapport and trust with fighters. "Takes care" of their guys. Maybe the intuition and "sixth sense" can help draft battle plans. Steward is known for having a very relaxed training schedule for his fighters. If one of his guys isn't feeling well a certain day, he'll grant that person an off day to rest. No coincidence that the comfort hungry Miguel Cotto went over to him for a trainer.

Earth - lots of discipline and structure. They can push their guys and make sure he's living up to the training. These are our master planners. Virgos do well at analyzing.

Air - plenty of ideas, concepts, and tactics. The cold hard logic, objectivity, and science would be great for creating plans.
