Floyd has that Taurus moon; the personification of TOUGH. Ortiz's moon is kinda of weak in comparison (pisces) as far as physical toughness is concerned.

Regardless of the astrology wisdom, I think Floyd beats Ortiz based on his experience and overall boxing ability. Although it could get interesting if Ortiz decides to move and box like he did against Campbell...

Careful, you're saying something good about Floyd. rassclot might run up and shoot his own thread up!

the moon in the men's chart is typically not as prominent as the sun.

the moon is usually projected on family and loved ones.

That is why 2 of the greatest of all time(ALi and Robinson) have Aquarius and Pisces in moons.

A Pisces sun is much more challenging than a Pisces moon. As a matter of fact Pisces moon is the most over-represented designation for elite boxers as GrandpaBernard will tell you himself.

The jury is still out on Floyd. I don't believe he's as great as people uphold him to be. I actually believe Ortiz has a great shot at an upset astrologically speaking Mars in Aries is not consistent but if channeled correctly it is the most explosive placement.

I am not calling this fight btw. I'm staying on the fence. So this isn't a prediction.

I'm not actually a Floyd hater.

          I'm a ***** hater.

I already recognize FLoyd as a great technician. Greatest in our generation. He has to have those skills to make up for that pisces sun.

Sam Langford = TRUE PISCES SUN HERO

Possibly even a Top 10 ATG. That's better than almost all boxers!

if you go through the top 50 ATG list he's the 1 of 2 Pisceans represented. The bottom 3 sun placements are Aquarius (1), Leo (2) and Pisces (2).

So yeah, exceptions don't make the rule and Sam Langford's time he fought almost exclusively white bums. So the era he dominated was weak. Kind of like Ken Shamrock(Pisces) and Tito Ortiz(Aquarius) dominating early UFC's when the talent pool was weak. Then as the talent grew the usual suspects began to take over, Jose Aldo(taurus), BJ Penn(Sagg), GSP(taurus), Anderson Silva(Aries), Jon Jones(Cancer), Shogun(Sagg), Chuck Liddell(Sagg), Randy Couture(Cancer), JDS(Virgo), Brock Lesnar(Cancer), Overeem(Taurus).

Is that in that order too? From Aquarius to Leo to Pisces?

yo read my post about MMA.

You know when MMA had a shallow talent pool, Tito Ortiz and Ken Shamrock dominated. Aquarius and Pisces.

Then the talent pool grew, you almost never see Aquarius or Pisces at top level anymore.

                      Good stuff, man...

Regarding Floyd, I think the verdict is in: he's a tough SOB. He's proven that in the ring and also astrologically (taurus moon).

The Pisces Sun is supposed to be the most intuitive sign of the zodiac. Combine that with Floyd's Mercury being in Aquarius and it totally explains why he's the SMART (intuitive pisces), TOUGH (taurus moon) and UNUSUALLY BRILLIANT (I have to believe the Aqua Mercury plays a role on his mental process in the ring).

I respect Floyd the BOXER/FIGHTER. What I don't respect is his heart. I hate how he blatantly ducked Pacquiao for the past two years. Could that possibly be attributed to his Mars (Aquarius)? Aquarius is more of a "mental" sign, so I'm not sure how that would effect physical aggression.
