Pac weighed 144.6 for the 154 belt. You do not have to weigh 147 to fight at 147. You can't weigh over 147.

The problem is Pac is a 147 pound fighter now, not a 135 pound fighter. Pac should be fighting legitimate 147 pound fighters, or legitimate 154 pound fighters. Not 135 pound fighters unless he plans on killing himself to make 135 again, which he would be ****** to try.
