I second that, I'm not a fan either. Berto's got too much of that "beast" attitude, which is staged of course. Example: Tyson acted somehow like a "beast" too (remember the biten ear, the reckless attacks in his prime, etc.), but he was also a beast OUTSIDE the ring. Tyson is a person who suffered and struggled a lot in his childhood and youth, therefore he was THAT man, inside and outside the ring. He's been himself in any situation I can recall. Extreme respect to that. Berto said in an inteview: "when I'm into the ring, I turn into this BEAST..." that made me smile. It was obvious that he said that for the ladies, and for the easily impressionable fans' benefit. Berto didn't suffer or struggle as much as Tyson did in his youth to turn into such a terrifying man. He just likes to do "da beast" (for the fans), and I personally don't like that. I see it too much as a mockery, a tease, instead I would prefer him to be more down-to-earth. I don't like boxers who want to please the fans at all costs, I like fighters who want to concentrate in the fight. And when I pay the ticket I wanna wacth a real boxing fight, not a "King Kong" movie spoof. This is my opinion.
