WBC middleweight champion Sergio Martinez told krikya360.com that he doesn't blame Bob Arum, CEO of Top Rank, for refusing his catch-weight proposal for a Manny Pacquiao fight. Martinez was willing to fight Pacquiao at 155-pounds, which Arum rejected. Pacquiao holds the WBC title at 154-pounds, but he plans to return to the welterweight division in his next fight.

Martinez would make more than that if Margarito made 7 million to fight Pacquiao. Margarito would have made only about 3-4 million but the ppv sold pretty good and his payday went up. But I do agree with the fact that its not just about the money but fighting the p4p number 1 fighter in the world aswell.
