Im not deneing his skills. Unlike some people on here i actually do give credit when its due. But to sit here and say martinez have better boxing skills than manny and floyd is just plain ******! just becuz martinez KO williams, all of a sudden he's the better skilled boxer now?

Interesting that Roach and Ariza want Marquez at this point in his career.

Manny would beat Shane, but I'd like to see how Manny deals with speed as we have not seen the answer to that yet. I feel Pacquiao's speed would frustrate Shane, but Mosley's speed and power could trouble Manny ad well...

I would say Floyd has a shot but Manny doesn't. The thing that
makes me different from you is that, Floyd Mayweather Jr
was my favorite fighter and now Martinez took his spot with
the win over Paul. Shows I am on nobodies nuts because
that is what being a fan of boxing is about not favortism.
Manny is probably the only one you will ever respect as a fighter.
Floyd has no shot against Martinez. It has nothing to do with skills. just physical limitations. Your actually on Floyd's nuthugging tree still a bit to think he has a shot against Martinez. Floyd got troubled with DLH's jab and was able to overcome Mosley whose age and slowness didn't look good. I said that before their fight so I'll stick by it thank you.

Martinez is a good pressure fighter with a solid chin, good footwork and punching power. If Floyd brought the game he did against Mosley he would get owned. Same reason I don't see Floyd taking on Pac, hand and foot speed are in Pac's favor, accuracy is about even, power slightly to Pac. Floyd's last fight was his best and given his age, it might be a sign he's close to not peak anymore.

I see Floyd taking on winner of Alexander/Bradley but @ WW or Amir Khan. I don't see him getting into the ring with Martinez or Pac, even if Floyd could make weight @ 154 or less without any issues. At least with Pac, its the same argument with Marquez, weight classes exist for a reason and Pac's highest weight division is WW. And no Pac isn't my favorite fighter solely but at least I prefer to give solid reasons as to why someone would win/loose.

Matinez is a better boxer than Manny based on footwork and his defense alone.

or what you do BUT! You need to care a lil more and put Pac
out and expose him. He is now going to be fighting a 3rd fighter
you beat and getting props for it? Pac ain't no P4P#1. First of
all, Pac didn't beat Mayweather for the spot. I thought that is
how it goes? One fighter has to beat another to get their
slot? Floyd and Pac are in teh same division and Pac didn't
beat Floyd. 2nd, Pac fought and beat 2 fighters Floyd already
beat and now their going for a 3rd fighter Floyd exposed? Pac
ain't no P4P#1. Pac puts on a good show and that's why people
love him so much. Floyd ain't P4P#1 either because he ain't
fighting but I definitely put him over Pacquaio. Martinez *****s
both of them hands down. He is the rightful owner of the P4P#1
if that is the case because Martinez is taking it back to the ol
school. Fighting stiffer comp and winning impressively.
Floyd - a welterweight since 2005. Now its already 2010. Its already been past 5 years but he only fought 3 real welterweights. 2 were bums and Mosley.
Pac - a welterweight a year ago but he already fought Cotto, Clottey, Margarito and now maybe Mosley. Do the math genius. Pac did not made the p4p list and the ring ****zine and boxing writers and boxing websites are not filipinos or run by filipinos who voted Pac as the #1 p4p. So do the math genius.

This tells me your not true you're just a bandwagoner who jumps from nuts to nuts. If floyd was your #1 guy then why change all of a sudden just becuz martinez KO a skinny no power williams? If your a true fan then u stay by your guy win or lose.
Sure...... Also probably according to you, I am on Floyd's
nuts because he is one of my favorite fighters? What do guys
like you call them "*****'s"? Martinez earned that respect by
fighting and winning. Floyd is still one of my favorite fighters
but Martinez edged him out of the top slot. So what? I have
many favorite fighters Your saying if I'm a true fan, then stay
by your guy win or lose? Ha ha ha ha! That sounds more like
nuthugging to me because if you ride with one fighter only, then
you will never see the faults in him and be able to see the greatness
and potential in others. Just because you respect a fighter
skills doesn't mean it is a bad thing.

Floyd became the Lineal champ of 147. PAC DIDN'T
Floyd fought the #1 Welter Weight at the time "Shane Mosley" PAC DIDN'T.
AND Pacquiao was looking for a fight at the time. Get out of here with
                that nonsense.

Oh yes he does have skills, no question about it. This is how I look at it. I saw Williams getting touched up and softened by Cintron also. Watch that fight. The writing was on the wall.

Martinez is not a pressure fighter he is boxer. Where did you get that from? I don't agree some stuff in the rest of your post but don't feel like typing a response.

Martinez is very athletic so he drops his hands to lure you in. Floyd could exploit that but Martinez is also crafty and explosive so it will be dangerous. Manny takes some to get some, hates a fighter that can move and can't take it to the body which would be disastrous against Martinez. An easy 1st or 2nd round KO for Martinez. Martinez has one punch KO power too. People sleep on Shane but he fought the best in PBF and a middle-wt in Mora. If he fights Manny I think Manny gets stopped.
