there are no lucky punches in boxing, Martinez imo won the first round landing the more effective blows. Williams was wide open for the knockout punch, Martinez actually threw that punch throughout the first bout and landed quite frequently. In the 1st fight when that punch landed, you can see Williams' eyes roll in his head, this time he just didn't see the punch at all

I really consider Sergio's shot a lucky punch. He lost the 1st round while holding some and breathing hard IMO. I don't think he could have done 12 rounds at the Williams' pace this fight so he gambled. Look at that punch. Both men threw. Sergio's got there first on the button. He had his head turned and his eyes closed. I'm not saying he's no good, I'm just saying that I want to see how he responds in the rubber match before I would elevate him. I bet that after the Mosely v Margarito fight you were calling Mosley the best in the world.

take floyd off the list. clear the space for someone active who deserves it.

Bad writer but Sergio at no. 2 is a thumbs up. As long as those 3 names are there in the top 3 of any p4p list, it sits ok with me.

So how is beating Margarito more impressive than beating Mosley when Mosley completely smashed Margarito? Having Pacquiao ahead of Mayweather makes no sense. Yes, he's more exciting. Better? No.
