Interesting you mention the weight Hatton weighed in when he fought Floyd and ignore the weight De la Hoya weighed in when he fought Pac. Floyd beat an undefeated Hatton at a weight class Hatton had fought in not too long before, although he didnt look too good. Pac beat Hatton at his best weight class yes but you fail to realize Hatton was no longer the same fighter after being knocked out, he even said it himself.
Floyd beat De la Hoya at his weight class and allowed De la hoya to choose the ring size, gloves, and come in at whatever weight he wanted. Whil Pac beat oscar at a weight he hadnt fought in since 2001. You say Oscar was past prime when he lost to Floyd, so what was he when he lost to Pacquiao??? Come on man

I have been a long time Pacquiao hater. But I can no longer resist what he has accomplished. I have long wished for Floyd to destroy him but Floyd has truly disappointed and turned into a coward.

I truly believe now that Pacquiao is a top 10 ATG fighter and probably should replace Duran on the list and bump him down.

Bob Arum who worked with a lot of greats including Duran and Ali said the following:
