I don't like pacquiao vs mosley, but if the fight does happen, how do you think the fight will go?
I think the fight can go 1 of 2 ways...
scenario #1:
I think the first 4-5 rounds will be a slug fest with a possibility for both guys to get hurt. It will be a pretty exciting fight in these rounds as mosley can match pac with speed and power and toughness.
however, past round 4-5, mosley will gas and start holding alot. he'll still be dangerous, but pac will start beating the ***** outta mosley and ****m might stop the fight around the 8-10 round.
scenario #2:
It's possible that Roach's gameplan will be to avoiding ****ing it out with mosley early, instead focusing on being elusive and boxing mosley. As we all know, mosley has trouble with boxers and guys with good foot movment. finally when mosley has gased in the middle rounds, roach will tell pac to step on the accelerator and force ****m to stop the fight around the 9-12 rounds.
whether scenario #1 or #2 happens, ****m will want mosley to box rather than brawl. when pac gets over aggressive he leaves himself open, so mosley will be trained to try and counterpunch pac.
mosley will do a lot of holding to slow the fight down. he won't want to fight at pac's pace.
mosley will be the biggest puncher pac has faced, only cotto can possibly compare in terms of power and cotto made pac's face look like pac was in a car accident.
you have to admit mosley was coming off a long layoff for wifebeater (that is not to say wifebeater wouldn't have beat mosley anyways), and the mora fight was a stinnker because mosley's effectiveness above 154 drops off significantly and mora didn't want to fight.
having said that, I did say that if mosley couldn't stop or beat mora convincingly, that he should retire. I still believe that and honestly I'm against a pac/mosley fight unless mosley can beat berto or the winner of bradley/alexander.
