        Where are all these top black fighters Pacquiao has been ducking? I mean, he's trying to fight Mayweather, THE top black fighter, but who are these other ones he is ducking?

            only 1 good good black fighter worth him fighting but they cant seem to make it happen....the other black fighters manny beats pretty easily
