Pacquiao is the better counter puncher. Pac has more hand and foot speed. Pac has way more power with both hands. Pac has the better chin and volume punching. Pac has better head and foot movement. Sergio is right, Pac vs Floyd isnt a competitive fight, Floyd would get KTFO.

Only thing Floyd is better at is dipping his head below his opponents waists, push off with his elbows and clinch. Also snapping his head back because hes looking to pull counter.
