I don't know man. Floyd is in a league of his own.
Can't compare any of Manny dominate wins as a sure
result that it would happen to Floyd. People thought
Floyd couldn't go toe to toe and take Mosley's best
and he did and Mosley beard is just as hard or harder
than Manny's. How can you say Floyd needs to step
up when this fight could have been past tense if Manny
just accepted the 14 day cut off? I am not taking sides
but just saying. Floyd gets alot of flack but Manny is
not fighting top guys that can test him officially. None
of his past fighters had a defensive game plan with
exception to Clottey and Manny threw iver a thousand
punches and didn't dent him. Couldn't even find a way
in and when Clottey let his hands go he found his mark.
Floyd's defense and counter punching ability is flawless.
Defintely want to see the fight but I know for sure Floyd
will beat Manny and most likely in a dominate fashion and
like I've been saying. I'm down to bet all my points on it.
Not trying to argue and call names but rather let my actions
speak for themself.

At the end of the day, all it takes is for two parties to be willing to sign the contract.......I do agree with you about the drug testing thing..if pac-man is clean there should have been no need to deny any drug test....heck look at all the noise Roach was making about Margarito possibly about to drink a "speed" product moments before the fight.......yes Floyd is a defensive specialist, manny has never faced a fighter of his ability...i think it would be a great fight, i just feel that manny has great power & speed, and he seems to show the ability to take a punch....I just think he'd be able to catch floyd with his relentless style......it makes for a great debate and for a possible great fight...I just hope it happens......t's basically the one matchup that all true fans of boxing want to see......like you I"m not into name calling, or trash talking...just a sinmple fan of boxing who grew up seeing champions fight champions......

I didn't bet against Manny when it came to Clottey and Margarito.
Hell, I was for Manny at first against Cotto but then went with
Cotto because of size and power and Manny proved me wrong.
I can admit that but many of Pac fans can't even man up, give
props and say that they were wrong. The reason why the fight
wasn't made is because Pac didn't accept the tests. That's the
only reason why the fight didn't happen back in March. Right or
wrong? Can't deny that. I went with Pac as the favorite against
Clottey and Margarito but still gave them a chance to pull it off
but it didn't happen. Maybe I'll a lil oldschool when I think
that fights should be competitive when in actuality their not.
More people thought Mosley would be Floyd's toughest fight
to date and not Manny.....

Mayweather, however, has a chance to at least shush
the critics now that he is finally going to face an elite welterweight
in champion Shane Mosley

When was the last time anyone said that about Pac last
4/5 opponents? All of Manny wins were predetermined.
I'm one of the only ones that thought it would be competitive
in Pac's last fights at WW. You don't think that is a lil suspect?
If everyone already knows Pac is going to win? You know
what, for now on, I'm going to stop wishing for a competitive
fight regarding Manny and just listen to Freddie Roach when
he says that Pac's opponents "can't pull the trigger anymore"
(Oscar De La Hoya), "will get KO'd in 3" (Hatton) "damaged
goods" (Cotto), "not that good" (Clottey) and now Margarito.
Good to see that you put more emphasis on them wins

Have nothing against this guy Khan, but sounds like he doesnt know anything about boxing or he's honestly lying to himself. Pac can win and may beat Floyd but to say like Margarito is exaggerated and totally crazy.

I hear you and indeed Manny is a very good action packed
fighter but people keep underestimating Floyd's chin as well
and his power. Not like Floyd is Pauli Malignaggi or Ivan Calderon.
Dude has double digit KO's, stoppages and towels thrown in
the ring by corners. Hell.... Naazim was about to stop the
Mosley fight by waving it off. Manny gets hit alot and Floyd
doesn't. Manny has a solid chin and so does Floyd. floyd has
defense and Manny doesn't. Floyd has speed and Pac has speed.
Floyd has execellent ring generealship and Manny uses speed
to get in and out. The thing that will put Floyd as the favorite
for me, is his accuracy, timing and ring adjustments. Roach
already said Floyd is a tough fight for Pacquiao, so how can I
be making this up? Like I said. When/IF this fight gets made
all my points on Floyd Mayweather Jr..... End of story.

They say that Manny hasen't fought nobody in the past year or 2. Who was he supposed to fight? He aimed for the best of the welterweight division. Who was he supposed to fight, Berto, callazo??? would that have satisfied you?

Mosley knocked him down and knocked him out! Pacquiao landed way many more punches and received more against Margarito but he could not put his lights out. And remember that this fight was not a bull**** catch weight drama.

Pacquiao gets credit for a good performance but his opponent wasn't even near to making the task, not even before the fight. Pacquiao received way many unnecessary shots and was in big big trouble in the 6th. All that bull**** about "doing it for the fans" is to cover up his mistakes.
