    USA Today: Pacquiao Greatest Ever?

I think it's just to generate interest. Oh God, I hope Puh-Kee-Yao wins. Max Kellerman interviewed as well.

Pac can never be the greatest because he's not American.
        It's the truth.

Top 25 easy but #1 not yet. If he beats Margarito, Mayweather Jr., and Pwill/Martinez winner or 140 tournament winner than he will be the greatest. Right now he is great.

Pacquiao may be the greatest ever, but Floyd is still more popular in Asian!

j/k Pacquiao as the greatest ever, hyperbole at best.

It has nothing to do with not being an American, it has to do with the fact he hasn't proven he is the best. He's never decisively beat Marquez and everyone he's fought in the Welterweight has some reason why they were less than their best. Some fighters being damaged goods, others weight drained and old, one because he wouldn't throw punches. If he ever beats a prime Floyd, then you can make a case for him. First he has to quite crying about the blood tests, man up and be a man and fight the man. Will Manny ever be a man about his career? We will just have to wait and see.
